All of our eBooks are digital files that you can download instantly after you buy them. Because of their digital nature, they cannot be "returned" once you've downloaded them.

  • The eBook is defective. This includes issues like a corrupted file or incomplete content that our support team can't fix within 24 hours.

  • You made a duplicate purchase. We can refund you for the extra copy if you accidentally bought the same eBook more than once.

Our team will respond to your request within 24 hours. If we approve your refund, the money will be returned to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

 

5. What We Can't Refund

 

Please note that we cannot provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind after you've made a purchase.
